This is a Information Technology and BPO service provider that is located in Mumbai. The company has begun its recruitment drive, in which the first stage is that of a written test. This blog will take you through the pattern of questions posted in these placement tests, so that you as a student can practice well beforehand.
PlacementSeason has put together the placement tests pattern of Hexaware Technologies, based on continuous research. Moreover, we also will suggest a strategy to handle the test, at the end of the blog.
The recruitment process of the company consists of three stages which are:
- Written Exam
- Group Discussion
- HR Interview
The main weightage of the recruitment interview on the written exam. This is given a detailed explanation, in the following paragraphs.
It contains 4 sections with a total of 100 marks and it has be completed within 100 minutes (1hr 40 minutes). The pattern is:
- Aptitude section consists of questions based on data interpretation, graphs, blood relations, statement reasoning, etc. Also,There are questions from basic mathematics such as time, speed & distance, algebra, arithmetic, probability, geometry, permutation, and combination.
- Verbal Ability section consists of questions based on reading passages , sentence completion , synonyms , Antonyms and Sentence Completion. Further, there are questions from English language such as grammar usage and fill in the blanks.
- Reasoning section covers questions from topics such as Blood Relations , Coding and Decoding , Arrangement of words , Series completion, and Seating arrangement problems.
- Technical section covers questions from the topics such as C, C++, Java, DBMS, and OS.
Strategy proposed by PlacementSeason
The paper is of easy to moderate range. Students will not find it that difficult to get placed, provided they practice well for placement tests. Click here to know how: http://online.placementseason.com/learn/Hexaware-Aptitude-Test-3-Tests
Though most of the marks are in the Technical Section, We advise you to attempt those questions last. This is because ‘time plays the king here’ with an average of 2 minutes only per question. Technical questions will take more time to ponder, and you shouldn’t do that here. There are no negative marks. Once you clear the written test, it is almost certain that you get placed.
Best of luck for that and do not forget to share you experience with us.
