Accenture Hiring Process:
Accenture has come up with multi-stage hiring levels for the 2021 batch students. Accenture recruitment process for hiring 2021 batch will consist of the following four stages:
- Cognitive and Technical Assessment
- Coding
- Communication Test
- HR Interview
Accenture cognitive and technical assessment is an elimination round whereas the candidates are not eliminated in the next two rounds (Accenture coding test and Accenture communication test). The overall performance of the candidate will be taken into account for final selection.
